CEC has members spread out in the whole Europe. The members are either national centers or affiliated members (Polen) or associate members (they are mentioned at the particular country).

The representing body of CEC is the CEC Board. Its members are:
Mrs. Alla Zorina (Russia) – Vice President, Mr. Jozef Krasula (Slovak Republic) – Treasurer, Mr. János Regös (Hungary) – Artistic Coordinator, Ms. Mary Pears (Ireland) - CEC Delegate to the Council – and two General Secretaries: Mr. Karel Tomas (Czech Republic) and Ms. Katrin Janser (Switzerland).

Artistic development committee is a CEC working group for bringing new artistic ideas into CEC. The head of the ADC is János Regös (Hungary).
